Inspiration

I saw an old magazine laying around asking: Do you want to know which character are you from Harry Potter?

What it does

This app will let you take a fun quiz to find out which character from a show, book, movie, or band you are most similar to!

How we built it

Once I got the idea, it was easier than any previous attempts. I only described in the first partyrock prompt and everything worked almost immediately. I just adapted the chat prompt to make it more direct with its first question.

Challenges we ran into

All my previous attempts and ideas had issues with using personal data or copyright concerns for the AI as they were too specific.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

1.It works with many tested topics such as Harry Potter, Back Street Boys, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Dungeons and Dragons, Friends, Seinfeld, or even fictional bands as League of Legends' KDA! 2.The project logo was also created with Partyrock!

What we learned

Asking for the user's name in the chat at the beginning really helped with improving the experience and making it closer to the user.

What's next for Which character are you?

Adding a drawing of the character mixed with some user's self description could be fun to use later as Twitter PFP or as a general internet avatar.
