Inspiration
In my day job, I am a program coordinator at a hospital. Part of that coordination is gathering several very busy people into a place all at once. This is no small feat and often requires many emails back and forth and eventually an ever stricter decision regarding who is "essential" to the meeting.
What it does
When to Meet streamlines this process with a simple "self-serve" interface that allows team members to choose from a series of options, suggest new times, and "easily" come to an agreement.
