Inspiration
Our project, "Photo Roulette: WhatsApp Edition," was conceived with the goal of creating an interactive web game that incorporates real WhatsApp conversations. Inspired by classic party games like Photo Roulette, we aimed to infuse a contemporary twist by integrating personal data into the gameplay experience.
What it does
"Photo Roulette: WhatsApp Edition" is a multiplayer web game where players upload their WhatsApp conversations to guess who sent each message. It's a fun and nostalgic way to engage with friends while reminiscing about past chats.
How we built it
We used React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend, employing WebSocket technology for real-time communication between players. With a focus on performance optimization and data security, we crafted a responsive user interface that enhances the gaming experience across devices. Through collaborative efforts, we successfully brought our vision to life, creating an immersive and enjoyable gaming experience for players.
