WhatsApp Bot

Inspiration

Always wanted to work on Bots and Local Hack day provided this opportunity.

What it does

It sends jokes and interacts with WhatsApp users.

How we built it

Using Python, Twilio, DialogFlow . And using Heroku as platform as Service for Hosting.

Challenges we ran into

It was my first time making Bot and Using all these platform . So it was bit confusing at the beginning integrating all these APIs and different platforms.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Finally made and hosted a fully working WhatsApp chat Bot on Cloud.

What we learned

Learned About Twilio and DialogFlow.

What's next for WhatsApp Bot

The Bot can be further optimized to make it more interactive and user friendly.

How To Access The Bot;

The Bot can be accessed by following steps:- Save this +1 (415) 523-8886 in your mobile and DM it a msg ( join obtain-tall ) in WhatsApp and then send Hello. And You are all set to go!
