CTW WhatsApp Assistant helps service businesses onboard and manage WhatsApp customer communication through a structured, multilingual workflow.
Before OpenAI Build Week, the project existed as a Pest Control MVP at the July 5, 2026 engineering baseline. During the qualifying period, I meaningfully extended it with multilingual owner onboarding improvements, structured completion notifications, GCC telephone validation, activation readiness controls, Operations Console workflows, safer simulated routing, security corrections, automated regression tests, and recovery documentation.
The owner onboarding journey supports English, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, and Turkish. CTW’s internal completion summaries and Operations Console remain in English, while owner facing operational notifications follow the owner’s selected language.
Important business rules such as qualification, validation, activation, consent, and payment boundaries remain deterministic. AI assists with language understanding and conversation, but it does not independently make those controlled decisions.
I am a solo nontechnical founder. I defined the product requirements, tested every onboarding language and workflow, identified defects, and made the final decisions. During Build Week, I used Codex with GPT‑5.6 Sol Light to inspect the repository, implement focused changes, create migrations and automated tests, review security boundaries, and maintain documentation and recovery evidence.
The result is a safer, clearer, and more testable WhatsApp operations platform for service businesses.
