WhatsAbove.me is a mobile web app with deep offline caching and added online capabilities. Using the familiar MTA system map as the primary navigations, the app provides the user with access to normally online capabilities, helping her find restaurants, bars, or other businesses near her destination, all while commuting underground or in areas of spotty network connectivity.
