What it does
Obtain insights into news topics and how they relate to the authenticity of the news
How we built it
Using Python machine learning techniques to preprocess the data, and using Tableau to visualize the result.
Challenges we ran into
I have no previous experience with machine learning, so I ran short of time for this datathon.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I started exploring machine learning concepts and applications. I have only handled numerical data or time series data before, and this datathon provides an opportunity for me to learn how to process text data.
