Inspiration

we had a brainstorming session between the two of us where we were pitching ideas to each other at one point we came down to ghost busters and whack-a-mole and then we just decided to make both and Whac-a- ghost was born

What it does

Basically it is a game in which you are supposed to "Whac" ghosts (Skulls) to increase your score within a time frame.it also applies a ghost filter to a people who enter the scene

How we built it

We built it using SparkAR. and used the spark AR library for the 3d models, blender for retouching the models and the sounds were made with voice maker and edited with audacity the skull model was originally made by link

Challenges we ran into

The timer bar was a little bit of challenge and also the sound. the main challenge was to build the entire effect in the patch editor only we did cheat a bit with the number to text conversion and score counter

What we learned

We got more familier with Spark AR and also with git version control.

What's next for Whack a Ghost

Next, we will try to make small changes to make it more snappy and less sluggish, perhaps a scoreboard, different difficulty modes,
