Inspiration

Growing up, there isn’t a lot of female role models who are interested in STEM fields, and mainly boys who are encouraged to go for math and science competitions. Thus, having this website probably would have encouraged and inspired me early on to pursue STEM. We hope this forum would allow more girls to be unafraid in their journey in STEM.

What it does

Mainly consists of a forum allowing user input, which is intended for women to share their experiences and view other people’s posts as well.

How we built it

We designed the mockup in Figma, then built it using HTML and CSS.

Challenges we ran into

We faced a lack of time due to timezone differences so we were unable to complete the backend using FirebaseDB which we initially hoped for.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We managed to complete our research and translate it into HTML code.
