Inspiration
Missing the comuncation and connection between the piligrams and services providers cuased a barrier for both of them, especially when some pilgrim wants to reach someone and ask the people out there for directions but no one could help because they are not from Mecca.
What it does
It provides a search for the nearest service provider and you can request them by calling their phone number that is displayed in their information, or they can have the directions for the person they select
How we built it
Using android studio and google map API connected to firebase.
Challenges we ran into
It's the first experience to develop an application with Google map API, but we will follow tutorials to achive our idea.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We’re proud of coming up with such an idea that will help in communication of the pilgrims and the service providers
What we learned
We need to get ready before start using a new tool.
What's next for Team P-017 | رَافد | Rafid
We want to have the application work with no WiFi with technology like Lora because of the massive pressure on the network during Hajj
