We're proud that we can do this task in a short time.

Inspiration
It all started out from my idea of fulfilling a project, that was meant to be just digital art, for my school's Eco-Team. It was going to be a gift from me to my Eco-Team, but my ambition took me further. After watching the Voiceflow workshop, it inspired me to pick up the project once again and begin it. Along the way, at the beginning, I was super lucky to be paired up with Hannah and William. I'm super thankful. But after encountering the problem of it being too complex, we decided to stick with the Regular Version.
What it does
It's a digital tool, like a game, where the assistant can aid you when you play "Werewolf". It doesn't require physical materials, app downloads, or friends living close to you. You can play it with just a mobile device and internet connection. It's fun and entertainment.
How we built it
We built it on Voiceflow on April 24th, 2021. It allowed us to make the AI/Bot/Assistant without coding experience [ I have 0 experience unfortunately, :( ] We created a Zoom meeting, collaborating real time and discussing how to improve, enhance, change, add, arrange together.
Challenges we ran into
In the beginning, we had trouble choosing an idea, but we stuck with mine. It was our first time using Voiceflow, so nobody could lead the way. Fortunately for me, I learned a bit earlier and tried my best to explain and give examples of the basics on it. I taught William in the morning, while Hannah came later, but I still briefly explained it to her. We had to learn how to use it during the hackathon, but we manage to do well, and are proud of ourselves. Sometimes the connections between the blocks were complicated, also some of the blocks were harder to use. Also, important to mention that the tool crashed for me lots of time, especially during the last few hours of the hackathon.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
All the bits and pieces we managed to add to the solution. Also how well we collaborated, we're kind-of strangers by the way. I would say the randomizer that hands out the roles is pretty impressive, although it isn't complete, only 25 out of the 840 possibly permutations were added, it was pretty cool and it functioned. We're also proud we manage to do plenty in such a short amount of time.
What we learned
We learned plenty about Voiceflow, the possible things you can do with it. We also learned about collaboration as a team, and I also got to act like a "leader" throughout the making of our solution. Also, definitely, try to finish earlier to not miss the deadline.
What's next for Werewolves
We'll possible work on it some more in the future. Whether it is individually, by making a copy of the original and working on, or together, by meeting up virtually and working together someday, we'll most likely make changes and have more fun with it. If I have free time, I will maybe even finish it and convert it to my original idea of a special version for my Eco-Team.
