WePlan is the website designed to keep group members organized and accountable for their work during group projects.
On the sidebar, users can access current group projects and completed projects. Users can also easily add projects using the plus icon.
On the tasks page of any project, users can see which tasks each group member is assigned, their progress, which date their task is due, and whether they need help. Users can also add new group members and tasks.
On the Group Info page, users can see the contact information of everyone in their group and the next day each person is available to work on the project. This helps keep group members in communication with one another and helps them set up group worktimes.
On the project materials page, users can add links to google docs, google slides, and more. Having all of these links in one place helps groups stay organized and ensures that every group member has access to the materials they need to complete their task.
With WePlan, every group member in a group project knows their task, has access to the materials they need to complete it, and is held responsible for completing their task.
