In today’s digital era, people often ignore small lifestyle habits like poor sleep, unhealthy diet, and lack of exercise, which silently lead to serious health problems. We were inspired to build a solution that focuses on prevention rather than cure. As students exploring AI, we wanted to create something impactful that helps individuals understand their health better using technology. WellWise AI was born from the idea that early awareness can save lives.

What it does

WellWise AI is an intelligent platform that predicts potential health risks based on a user’s lifestyle. Users enter details such as: Sleep duration Daily activity Food habits Stress levels The system analyzes this data using AI and: Identifies possible health risks Generates personalized health suggestions Encourages healthier lifestyle choices It acts like a virtual health assistant, guiding users toward better well-being.

How we built it

We developed WellWise AI using a low-code/no-code approach with Wix. Designed the website using Wix ADI Created user-friendly input forms Implemented basic AI logic for predictions Used datasets and simple ML concepts Connected pages for smooth navigation This approach helped us quickly turn our idea into a working prototype during the hackathon.

Challenges we ran into
