WellSight AI is a comprehensive, enterprise-grade predictive maintenance and monitoring platform designed specifically for oil and gas well operations. The system leverages advanced machine learning algorithms, real-time sensor data analytics, and distributed computing infrastructure to predict equipment failures before they occur, optimize well performance, and reduce operational downtime. Built on a modern microservices architecture with Docker containerization, WellSight AI integrates PostgreSQL for relational data management, InfluxDB for time-series sensor metrics, Redis for high-performance caching, RabbitMQ for asynchronous message processing, and Qdrant for vector-based similarity search. The platform features a sophisticated ETL pipeline powered by Apache Spark that transforms raw Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) well data into normalized formats, enabling seamless data ingestion and analysis of over 125,000 well records with automated data quality validation, deduplication, and geographic coordinate verification.
