Inspiration

We made WellDaily because we wanted to help people stick to habits and stay motivated. We noticed it’s hard to track progress and stay consistent, so we thought a simple app with small daily wins could make self-improvement easier and more fun.

What it does

WellDaily lets users:

• Complete daily challenges
• Keep streaks for habits and focus goals
• Track mood and get small tips
• Reflect on their day with a mini journal
• See progress with simple charts
• Earn small rewards for milestones

It’s designed to help users improve a little bit every day without feeling overwhelmed.

How we built it

We built WellDaily using Lovable, which helped us create the app quickly without needing to code everything from scratch. We set up the main screens, daily challenges, habit tracker, mood tracker, streaks, and progress charts. Lovable let us focus on the design and flow so the app works smoothly even as beginners.

Challenges we ran into

• Keeping streaks working correctly was tricky
• Making the app look clean and simple while still fun
• Organizing all the features in a way that made sense
• Making sure the progress charts and streaks updated correctly

Accomplishments that we're proud of

What we learned

• Building an app in 48 hours is challenging but possible with tools like Lovable
• Small features like streaks and rewards can make a big difference in motivation
• Planning and teamwork are important to make the app work in a short time
• Keeping it simple is better than trying to do too much

What's next for WellDaily

• Add options for custom challenges
• Show weekly or monthly mood trends
• Add simple notifications to remind users of habits
• Include more reflection prompts for users
