Theme: Employee Wellbeing

Problem statement: An organization’s performance/success could be seen as directly proportional to Employee wellness. Currently, the employee wellness programs are structured based on hypothesis and surveys. The challenge with surveys is that the feedback doesn’t always come from the right target audience. Hence the results are skewed. This theme aims at looking at the aspects in a wholistic perspective, which could provide a 360 view of an employee. 

Our Solution: To solve this problem we have created a full stack application that can accurately measure an employees wellbeing using various metrics available to us. We used multiple machine learning models to help us automate this process at scale. Our solution uses professional, personal, physical and social aspects to solve these problems without creating any hindrances in privacy policies.
