Inspiration

*welchome * was born when noticing the needs of the customers of shared flats such as Air B & B. Many times, we as users have had lack of information to arrive to a flat, we have not been able to find the right instructions for the washing machine or turned the water of some device in the kitchen while trying to find a way to flush the bathroom in a different language.

What it does?

Our property management app will provide a lot of information to final Users. Detailes such as:

Through a QR Code, the app will be able to provide information about objects
Where exactly is the entrance key?
How does the washing machine works?
How does the coffee machine functions?
Or any other detail about how to turn on/off any device

How we built it?

We used flask, vue, python and javascript

Challenges we ran into

Some of the challenges we encountered were learning some coding in a very short amount of time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

As a team we learned a lot about programming some of us were not used to programming languages and during this process we did.

What we learned?

We did a market research and found out that people did not like to interact too much with hosts. (40% ot total surveys answered)
Customer esperience can be improved a great deal.
