Inspiration

I always wanted to share some stories, and wrote texts, made music, photos. A video is a combination of all those media, it offers so much more possibilities to express an idea. Generative AI enables to create visual stories which was not possible before (at least so easily for a regular person).

What it does

The video shows appearence of the alien on a Berlin S-Bahn station, starting with its "birth" followed by the alien's attempt to adapt to a new unfamiliar environment, and to get accustomed to its body.

How we built it

Raw footage from the station + Kling AI's models.

Challenges we ran into

To keep the alien look the same throughout the whole video was a bit of a challenge to me. All clips were generated in one attempt. It is very important to approach compute usage consciously and responsibly - and not to waste tons of resources, just to generate many alternative clips for one scene, which will never be reused!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm glad I have created this music video "out of nothing".

What we learned

A lot! Especially, storytelling.
