Inspiration

Few days ago, In my locality due to lack of food, dogs mauled a boy for food. link (twitter video related to this incident) To solve this problem. I made a try by building WeCare.

What it does

Any one who to want to help street animals in form of food or health treatment , can upload basic details like sharing its location by WeCare in share section. This data is stored in MongdbAtlas. People who want to help them ,can checkout in help section.

How we built it

Using html,css,boostrap for frontend and express for backend. And using mongoDbAtlas as database.

Challenges we ran into

I want to verify the image upload of animal by ml by api's.But due to lack of crediantials,I am unable to use it. And I want to add adopt section also and for funding organizations which help street dogs.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Connection with mongodb Atlas and completing project with basic features.

What we learned

I learn how to integrate fontend with backend. And using how to use mongodb atlas.

What's next for WeCare

Sharing live location of animal and verification of image of animal . And I want to add adopt section where people can adopt street dogs and funds section where any one fund the organizations which help street dogs.
