I took on the role of Project Manager, coordinating the overall workflow and keeping the different tasks moving in the right direction. From organising the team and connecting different pieces of work to keeping track of progress, my focus was on making sure everything came together smoothly for the final outcome. I got a great experience while balancing planning, teamwork and the technical side of the project and definitely a good reminder that getting a project across the finish line is a team effort!
