Our survey on medical health facilities revealed that most of our rural areas are deprived of even basic medical health facilities mainly because of miss management and the unwillingness of doctors from cities to get posted over those areas. People from those areas have to travel too far to reach out a city even for the cure of minor diseases. Despite endeavoring the pain throughout the journey these poor people have to spend a lot of money on travelling, edibles and stay expenses. We decided to provide basic health facilities to such remote areas. For that we have developed a web based tele-health system which will provide basic health facilities to the people in those areas. Doctors from all over the country can volunteer their time to this system. For this they will have to provide their degree number which will be verified to allow the completion of sign up process. A setup of small dispensaries in targeted areas will be established. Each dispensary will have 2-3 assistants, a few necessary electronic devices to carry out patient's medical examination and adequate storage of medicines. Patients will be treated on first come first serve basis. Doctors will have complete access to the patient's medical history database. When a patient's turn comes, a video call will be set up between him and the doctor at the end of that doctor will fill up a prescription form and send it to the assistant form where it will be get printed and handed over to the patient.
