WebCAE AI is an AI-native cloud platform for engineering simulation (Finite Element Analysis, FEA). It helps engineers create simulation-ready models using natural language instead of navigating dozens of complex engineering tools.
The problem
Traditional CAE software requires years of training and many manual steps:
- geometry preparation
- meshing
- assigning materials
- defining loads and constraints
- configuring solvers
- interpreting simulation results
Even experienced engineers spend significant time preparing simulations instead of solving engineering problems.
Our solution
WebCAE AI introduces AI agents directly into the engineering workflow.
Instead of manually configuring every operation, engineers can simply ask:
"Create a structural simulation of this bracket." "Generate a high-quality mesh." "Fix poor-quality elements." "Run the simulation." "Explain where the highest stresses occur."
The AI assistant understands engineering intent and performs the required actions.
How we built it
The platform combines:

Challenges
Engineering simulation requires deterministic numerical calculations while LLMs are probabilistic.
One of the biggest challenges was designing an architecture where AI controls the workflow but numerical accuracy remains fully deterministic.
