many documents are to be handy if you are visiting a hospital or claim insurance and it is also a tedious task for hospital management to maintain health records of public . block chain based health record system gives solution for all the above attested problems.

stores public data into blocks in BLOCKCHAIN.
How we built it
we build it using different ide like truffle and programming languages like solidity and react
Challenges we ran into
one of the most complex challenges we have come across is to get data from UI to block.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
we could store the data into a block and run transactions which was greatest break through in developing this application.

What's next for web3 based health record management system
deploying it on cloud and making it as dapps(decentralized application)
