1 What I Learned

´´How to build a full-stack solution with a clear separation of roles (admin vs. members). Deepened my understanding of user experience for non-technical audiences. Improved my mobile development skills using cross-platform frameworks.´´

2 How I Built It

• Frontend: React for the web admin panel, React Native for the mobile app.
• Backend: Node.js + Express with a RESTful API.
• Database: MongoDB for flexible data structures (members, activities, payments).
• Authentication: JWT-based login with role-based Access control.
• Notifications: Real-time alerts using Firebase Cloud Messaging.

3 Challenges I Faced

• Designing a UI that works well for both adult leaders and Young scouts.
• Handling real-time updates across multiple platforms.
• Structuring financial data in a clear, user-friendly way.
• Building everything within the time constraints of a hackathon.
