Inspiration

I got inspired while looking through sponsor technologies. The idea slowly formed in my brain.

What it does

Weave scrapes social media accounts of a team or brand and brings them together into a single feed. Duplicates are removed and similar posts are merged.

How we built it

Scraped with Apify. Post similarity checked with Elastic and Claude. Backend is Convex. Brought together with Claude Code. Hosted by Vercel.

Challenges we ran into

Polishing Claude's website design and ideas caused me to run out of free credits just as I put the finishing touches.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud of the level of polish that I achieved. The site works very well and I'm glad that I made something that I would use myself.

What we learned

I had never "vibe-coded" before, so this was new and I feel like I learned a lot about it. Being able to get an idea working in under two days is incredible.

What's next for Weave

I planned to add more sources such as YouTube, X, and others. I ran out of free credits so I didn't add those. Weave also lacks account creation, weave sharing, and a larger number of results.
