I came here having basic Python knowledge and hoping to find a way to use it to learn something new and make something I could be proud of. I then learnt about APIs and decided to make something using them. After many hours of trial and error, I came up with this! I used APIs from Nexmo, Google, and Apixu to create a program that takes in audio input from my laptop's microphone and sends a text to my phone based on the command.
