Inspiration
Our inspiration was to familiarize ourselves with API implementation
What it does
Our webapp provides Realtime Weather forecasting with fields such as wind, humidity, and temperature when provided a city's name
How we built it
We built the webapp solely using front end frameworks such as ReactJS, HTML, and CSS and fetched data from open Weather Map API
Challenges we ran into
This was our first time using ReactJS which meant a learning curve that we had to get past
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We accomplished using frontend frameworks and connected to API to provide a plentiful and accurate data pool to source our information from.
What we learned
We learnt how to use ReactJS and APIs
What's next for Weather App
We would love to implement current location data as a default using Geolocation API
