WealtheonAI was born from the frustration of managing personal finances across scattered apps, spreadsheets, and habits. We realized that Gen Z and young professionals need a simple yet powerful AI-powered tool that makes budgeting, tracking, and saving feel effortless — not overwhelming.

💡 What it does

WealtheonAI is a simplicity-first finance tracker powered by AI. It helps users: • Track expenses (manually, via screenshots, or voice) • Monitor savings and investment goals • Get AI-powered financial insights and advice • View beautiful, intuitive reports • Sync with Apple Wallet (coming soon) • Automatically detect spending patterns and habits • Set financial goals and challenges (like “No-Spend” or “Cut Food Costs”)

🔧 How we built it

We built WealtheonAI in FlutterFlow to allow seamless export to iOS, Android, and Web. • Used Firebase for authentication and data storage • Integrated OpenAI API for natural language processing • Added voice-to-text through Whisper API • Implemented charts, budget logic, and streak tracking for gamification • Designed a sleek, minimal UI inspired by the best parts of YNAB, Copilot, and NerdWallet • We’re currently migrating into Cursor and refining our AI logic and UI responsiveness

🧱 Challenges we ran into • Getting AI to correctly parse free-text or voice expenses • FlutterFlow limitations for multi-step inputs • Handling currency/language localization at scale • Building a sleek experience without over-complicating the UX • Broken subscription screens (currently debugging)

🏆 Accomplishments that we’re proud of • Building a functional multi-platform MVP in record time • Designing a clean, professional UI that users loved in early demos • Building voice + screenshot support early • Creating a scalable vision with a real monetization path

📚 What we learned • Building a real startup takes laser focus on the MVP • AI is powerful, but context and UX are everything • Simplicity > Complexity — especially with money • We now understand FlutterFlow and OpenAI integration in depth
