Due to regressing commercial activity SMEs and freelancers are in dire need for Covid-19 related financial aid. However, finding and applying for the right financial instrument is a difficult and long process in all European countries.
What if a secured pan-european platform would guide freelancers and SMEs to the relevant financial instruments? Cutting the time from starting research to submitting the first application from 6 hours down to 15 minutes. We made this real and created a prototype.
Our pan-European team evolved a solution, which is already live in Germany, into a pan-European platform. This was possible due to the harmonized SME regulation of the EU´s single market and Free and Open Software. We assist during the application with chatbots deployed in a decentralized serverless IT Architecture ensuring the highest standards of data protection and IT security.
We believe applying for financial aid should be as comfortable as ordering food in a good restaurant. First you talk to a skilled waiter who asks you about your culinary needs. Answering 7 to 10 questions leads freelancers and SMEs to a selection of the financial aid they are eligible for. You are, so to speak, presented with a menu of your options. You begin the order process by conversing with a chatbot. The chatbot leads you through the relevant forms and helps you to fill them out online. The process is fully digitalized and ready to be sent to the EU-institutions and Bank partners. We believe our platform is everyone’s favorite dessert to reduce time in the application process by generating a form to apply for Covid-19 related financial aid.
