The Problem Statement that we chose was Inclusion of Al the Individuals Irrespective of their Sexualityity so that no one feels left out. Our main Motive was to create a hack using our Software Development Skills which would be Accessible to all the members of the Community . we have Focused our hack on the LGBTQIA+ Community🌈 **
We wanted to **Include the Issues Faced by The communities which are neglected in the Society because of senseless reasons.

People of any community Irrespective of their color, caste or sexuality can reach our team by dropping their Email in the Contact form.
We will find their mails on our Database and if we find it genuine then we'll send them a reply with Appropriate help and Counseling .
This will help people in raising their Voice against the Discrimination LGBTQIA people face in their Workplace or at their Houses.

The homophobia definition is the fear, hatred, discomfort with, or mistrust of people who are lesbian, gay, or bisexual. Biphobia is fear, hatred, discomfort, or mistrust, specifically of people who are bisexual. Similarly, transphobia is fear, hatred, discomfort with, or mistrust of people who are transgender, genderqueer, or don’t follow traditional gender norms.

LGBT is an initialism that stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. In use since the 1990s, the initialism, as well as some of its common variants, functions as an umbrella term for sexuality and gender identity. It may refer to anyone who is non-heterosexual or non-cisgender, instead of exclusively to people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. To recognize this inclusion, a popular variant, LGBTQ, adds the letter Q for those who identify as queer or are questioning their sexual or gender identity.
The workplace has become perilous for the LGBTQ community. They are facing discrimination and harassment by their colleagues. Despite increasing acceptance and protection, many LGBT individuals still face difficulties at the workplace. It is not easy for someone who suffers mistreatment and harassment just because of their sexual orientation or gender presentation. It is really troubling and disturbing. According to the social survey, 30% of lesbian, gay, and bisexual persons have experienced some form of harassment or discrimination at the office
Other than that, transgender employees are losing a promotion because of their sexual orientation. Transgender workers face higher rates of discrimination because of their gender expression. At the moment, women are finally taking steps to stop the sexual harassment that they are facing. The LGBTQ community should also step forward, too.
