1-The traditional Interview process includes various steps and is a lengthy and time-consuming process. 2-Lack of accuracy and authenticity of CV lead to inappropriate shortlisting of candidates.
What it does
1-Our model is trained in such a way that minimizes bias and promotes diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process. 2-Our AI model is capable of objectively evaluating candidates based on predefined criteria, such as technical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication, and cultural fit.
How we built it
1-FASTEST AND QUICKEST METHOD OF RECRUITMENT 2-SINCE JOB PROFILE IS CREATED BY AI SO HIGHLY ACCURATE AND AUTHENTIFIED 3-LESS TIME CONSUMING AND HIGHLY RELAIBLE 4-CANDIDATE DOESNOT NEED TO SEARCH JOB ACCORDING TO SKILLSET
Challenges we ran into
1-Traditional HR processes have been in place for a long time, and there might be resistance from HR professionals and hiring managers to adopt a new AI-driven approach. Adequate training and education will be necessary to overcome this resistance. 2-Compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and other legal aspects related to hiring is crucial. Ensuring that the AI system complies with all relevant regulations is essential to avoid legal complications 3-Quality of communication determination is very important in interviews. But the development of such a feature is currently beyond our scope.
