CONTRIBUTING FOR A CHANGE Several organizations are working toward eradicating homelessness and getting people off the streets. Create a solution to list such organizations, spreading awareness among the general public about the work these organizations are doing for a better community and make it accessible for citizens to contribute in terms of donations and ideas.

What it does

PROPOSED SOLUTION We have build solution by considering u-turn organization and the same solution can be used for any organization out there.

How we built it

  1. FACEBOOK ADS : Facebook Ads will enable the organization to connect with potential volunteers, sponsors, donors, etc. on a much wider scale. It helps in actively engaging the audience with the cause.

  2. CHATBOT : After clicking on Facebook Ad , user get redirected to Facebook messenger bot for conversation. - Helps in answering the questions related to organization. - Helps in making donations. - Buying vouchers online.

  3. INTERESTED USERS : Each customer conversation with a bot is a lot like a human conversation. It doesn’t matter how the customer starts the conversation with the bot since it can turn them from a potential donor to an actual one.

Challenges we ran into

  1. DONATION AND AWARENESS : Our automated system integrates with brand awareness campaign to promote their events and get more donation and vouchers sells.

  2. SUPPORT? : The system will be able to give answer question and handle queries for organization.

  3. VOLUNTEER? : The system automates the process of form filling for the volunteer and teach them organization values and expected work

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  1. DONATION FLOW : Our assistant will help in making donations by automating the process of buying vouchers online and in finding the Closest Clothing Bin. It will also allow user to share his/her donations with friends, family and colleagues.

  2. U-TURN VOUCHER FLOW : The system will automate the process of buying U-turn vouchers and will also show the Vouchers Re-sellers near you.

  3. SUPPORT FLOW : The Assistant will help by answering all the questions related to organization and also help in handling the queries of individual.

  4. VOLUNTEER FLOW : The automated system will allow user to apply for the available volunteering roles and provides information regarding the roles.
