Inspiration We found young girls don't express their body image concerns because they feel awkward and embarrassed, leading to low self esteem.

What it does By opening up the communication between parents/carers and children they feel more comfortable discussing body related concerns which in turn helps raise self esteem (a problem shared is a problem halved!)

How we built it We have done a basic wireframe prototype using balsamiq.

Challenges we ran into Too big of a target market meaning we were overwhelmed by trying to help to many people at once so could not come up with a simple cohesive idea. We then took an individual approach and focussed making an impact on their self-esteem.

What we're proud of The ability and practicality of the app to help people on individual level. Perseverance in a challenge Not being overwhelmed by the experience of people in the room as we are first year university students with no advance technology experiences. Completing our first pitch outside of the classroom.

What we learned Not to rely on the processes we have been taught, but to creatively adapt to the environment we are in. It is possible to come up with an idea we are proud of in 2 days despite multiple failures and lack of coding knowledge.

What's next for we are Increasing the audience of app to include and tailor to boys, single parents and LGBT children. Helping children to support their parents improving their self esteem.
