Inspiration

With the World Cup 2026 coming up, fans want highly personalized apparel that captures match energy. We wanted to build an automated agent that streamlines high-fidelity custom kit design with real-time inventory and logistics syncing.

What it does

WC2026 Kit Studio allows users to dynamically generate, preview, and adjust custom T-shirt designs using generative AI. It combines full client-side canvas transparency stripping, AI clothing swap replacements, and an automated backend for structuring and saving designs.

How we built it

The core application flow is built via Google AI Studio and Gemini 3.5 Flash for rapid, context-aware kit design. On the data and logistics side, we integrated a MongoDB MCP (Model Context Protocol) server to handle real-time inventory checks, order schemas, and structured data flow seamlessly.

Challenges we faced

Navigating real-time data orchestration between an agentic workflow and standard database schemas under high concurrent loads, along with optimizing client-side AI clothing swaps for a high-end SaaS feel.
