Making shopping fun

What it does

This will drive revenue by encouraging customers to engage with interactive elements of Wayfair by making it fun for them to browse and purchase products.

How we built it

We built it in React.

Challenges we ran into

Uploading the video with a good resolution, making confetti performant.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Confetti component, learning things, and making a brand new page for achievements.

What we learned

One of us had never worked with React before, but learned a lot and was able to build the achievements page.

What's next for Waychievements

Leaderboard for users with the most points. Achievements for more user interactions. Achievements for user behavior based on real navigation tracking data and order history.
