11% of people struggle by panic attacks. And I am not an exception. I've struggled by panic attack for 8 years and now I know how to deal with them. One day, when I've started to feel the panic attack and tried to use relaxing practice, I understood that it would be great to have a digital assistant, which will help you with practices in your phone. That was my inspiration and my start point.

This AR effect is a real assistant who can help to calm. There are 3 different practices inside the effect, and also several ways to switch the attention inside every practice. The interface consist from 3 color zones. The user can choose one of them to use a practice. In first practice the user can use special square breath. Animations and instructions will help with breathing. Second practice is about "grounding". The person must follow instructions and do exercises, to go to the next exercise the person should smile. I chose the "smile" because it has a beneficial effect on the psyche and makes the user to perform a simple task. Third practice also about grounding but it is different. The person must rise brows to start randomizer and open the mouth to stop. These simple tasks also can help to low the level of anxiety. And after that the person must name 5 different characteristics about the object, what the person choses. Beautiful and relaxing sound plays in the background all time.

I've built it in Lens Studio using java.script and nodes.

The main challenge was to use java.scipt because it is my first experience in coding. It was difficult for me to put so many different scripts in one project, but I've done it.

I really proud of this effect, because it is useful and important. And I proud that I dealt with color zones tapping, because it also was new and difficult for me.

I've learned how to use java.script in different solutions.
