In recognizing the paramount significance of adequate hydration for personal health and well-being, we embarked on the endeavor of devising an application that would streamline the process of quantifying one's hydration levels, all while ensuring a user-friendly experience. Our result materialized in the form of a sophisticated iOS application that seamlessly extracts key physiological data like height, weight, blood pressure, blood levels, and heart rate through the Terra API. To render this vital information in an engaging and accessible manner, our team harnessed the power of React Native Expo. The user interface, thoughtfully designed, showcases a captivating animated water bottle, symbolizing the user's hydration journey. As the user fulfills their hydration goals, the water level in the bottle rises, marking progress and achievements. Notably, this accomplishment is gamified, as users gain 'XP' within a simulated world, fostering motivation and health-conscious behaviours. On the backend part, we have used firebase to load parametrical data from Terra API and used python to perform crud operations while hosting realtime database. Some of the challenges we need to go through was to learn React native for iOS application and firebase with python integration which we did through YouTube tutorials and documentations.
