Inspiration: Solution towards confronting the highly saturated job market with a humane approach.

What it does: Grants both employers and applicants a compatible, accessible, and transparent job innovation search and posting board.

How we built it: Built using React, MongoDB.

Challenges we ran into: Connecting various components to produce a properly bridged frontend and backend.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: WaterlooDon'tWorks tackles a real-life problem students confront, and using our own experience to administer the direction of this project has been an incredible accomplishment.

What we learned: We learned how to collaborate successfully under stressful and constantly changing environments.
