Inspiration

I was once a commuter and I always had to keep an eye out for washrooms and memorize where the closet washrooms were on my trip to school. I thought it would be helpful to create this app so individuals can find washrooms, especially with places opening up recently I thought that it would be helpful knowing where there is a washroom available.

What it does

This app helps individuals find quality washrooms near them.

How I built it

I designed the app using Figma.

Challenges I ran into

I had challenges with how to do horizontal and vertical scrolling, hoverings and other effects. From a product standpoint I also found it challenging to set the scope and features of the prototype

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Being able to design the app from end to end on FIgma and also being able to pitch it properly.

What I learned

I learned more about how to use Figma.

What's next for Water Closet

I hope to reach out to developers to figure out the logistics of implementing the app and potentially include other features like hygiene check for toilets which allows users to take a picture of the toilet and the app using machine learning tells the user how clean the toilet is on a scale of 1-10.
