What it does
WatchWizard is a comprehensive learning tool that transforms the way you consume educational content on YouTube. It offers a variety of features to help you learn more effectively, including:
Progress tracking: WatchWizard keeps track of your progress on any YouTube video or course, so you can continue learning at your own pace. Course generation: WatchWizard can generate a structured course from a series of YouTube videos, making it easier for you to follow along and understand complex topics. Personalised quizzes: WatchWizard enhances your learning by generating personalised quizzes based on the content of the YouTube videos you watch. These quizzes help you reinforce what you've learned and identify areas where you might need more practice. Interactive learning: WatchWizard encourages active learning by prompting you to engage with the content through quizzes and other interactive features.
How we built it
We built WatchWizard using a variety of technologies, including React, Node.js, and the YouTube Data API. The teamwork and exiting environment of hackathon were our driving force to do some more extra efforts and build something awesome.
Challenges we ran into
One of the biggest challenges we faced was developing a robust and reliable progress tracking system. We have faced man challenges while developing backend of app, which we handled with upmost concentration and focus.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud to have created a platform that is truly innovative and transformative. WatchWizard is the first of its kind, and it has the potential to revolutionize the way people learn on YouTube.
What we learned
We learned a lot throughout the process of developing WatchWizard. One of the most important lessons we learned was the importance of user feedback. We pithed our idea to many peoples, and improve it along the way.
What's next for WatchWizard
We have a lot of exciting plans for the future of WatchWizard. We're currently working on adding new features, such as support for more languages and the ability to create custom courses. We're also exploring ways to integrate WatchWizard with other educational platforms.
We're confident that WatchWizard will become a valuable tool for anyone who wants to learn more effectively on YouTube. We're excited to see how people use the platform to achieve their learning goals.
