WatchSF is a user-friendly platform (web or mobile) that helps people in San Francisco quickly report local problems. Users can type or speak descriptions like “A huge pothole on Mission Street” or “Someone needs urgent medical attention on 5th Street.” Our AI then decides if it’s a 911-level emergency (requiring an immediate response) or a non-emergency 311 issue (e.g., city services, maintenance, etc.) and automatically routes the report to the correct channel. This ensures urgent calls get escalated right away while routine issues are efficiently filed with the city for repair or follow-up.
