Inspiration
The "Waste Zero" project draws inspiration from several sources and movements focused on sustainability, environmental stewardship, and innovative waste management practices. With growing dangers to the environment it is necessary for people to educate them on these topics
What it does
The "Waste Zero" project focuses on promoting and implementing zero waste practices through a combination of education, interactive tools, and practical solutions.
How we built it
React: Provides the frontend framework for building interactive user interfaces and handling dynamic content.
Tailwind CSS: Offers a utility-first approach for styling, allowing for rapid design and consistent styling across your application.
Vercel: Handles deployment and hosting, offering seamless integration with Git for continuous deployment and automatic scaling.
Challenges we ran into
The main challenge i ran into is using vercel to deploy and using react routes for this project.
What we learned
It was my first time using vercel to deploy application and learned quite a few new features of tailwind. Also, while researching for WasteZero i came across many new facts that i didn't knew earlier.
