💡 Inspiration
Modern organizations rely on disconnected software, manual processes, and isolated AI tools. While AI agents have become increasingly capable, building production-ready autonomous systems still requires complex orchestration, memory management, infrastructure engineering, and continuous maintenance.
We built Waspid to change that.
Our vision is to create the AI Workforce Operating System—a platform where organizations can build, deploy, orchestrate, and scale autonomous AI workforces for virtually anything. Instead of deploying individual AI agents, businesses deploy specialized AI workers that plan, collaborate, execute, and continuously improve together.
At the core of Waspid is Loop Engineering, our self-healing execution framework. When an AI worker encounters a failure, Waspid automatically creates a specialized Loop Specialist that diagnoses the problem, generates a fix, applies the patch, and resumes the original workflow without human intervention.
Our mission is to compress months of AI engineering into minutes and make autonomous intelligence accessible to every organization.
🚀 What it does
Waspid is an Enterprise AI Workforce Operating System that enables organizations to build autonomous AI workforces from natural language.
Simply describe the outcome you want, and Waspid automatically:
- Plans the workflow
- Creates specialized AI workers
- Connects enterprise tools
- Executes complex workflows
- Monitors execution
- Self-heals failures
- Continuously improves performance
With Waspid, organizations can build AI workforces for:
- Software Engineering
- Customer Support
- Sales & Marketing
- Operations
- Voice AI
- Browser Automation
- Finance & HR
- Robotics
- Vehicle Intelligence
- Physical-World AI
- Manufacturing
- Research
Unlike traditional AI agents, every AI worker shares memory, execution state, enterprise integrations, and observability through a unified orchestration layer.

📈 Optimization Model
Traditional AI systems stop whenever failures occur, requiring manual intervention.
Waspid replaces manual debugging with autonomous recovery using Loop Engineering.
$$ E = 1 - \frac{\sum T_{recovery}}{\sum T_{manual}} $$
Where:
- (T_{recovery}) represents autonomous recovery time.
- (T_{manual}) represents manual debugging time.
This significantly reduces downtime while increasing workflow completion rates.
🧠 Challenges we ran into
Building autonomous AI workforces introduced challenges far beyond building traditional AI assistants.
Some of the biggest engineering problems included:
- Coordinating multiple AI workers simultaneously
- Maintaining shared memory across distributed agents
- Preventing cascading workflow failures
- Minimizing reasoning latency
- Preserving execution consistency
- Managing enterprise permissions securely
To solve these challenges we developed:
- Loop Engineering
- Recursive context sharding
- Shared execution state
- Parallel task execution
- Intelligent workflow routing
- Enterprise-grade observability
Instead of terminating workflows when failures occur, Waspid automatically deploys Loop Specialists that isolate problems, repair them, validate the solution, and resume execution.
🎉 Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Built an Enterprise AI Workforce Operating System
- Developed Loop Engineering for autonomous self-healing workflows
- Built collaborative multi-agent orchestration
- Enabled natural language to autonomous execution
- Created enterprise-ready governance with RBAC
- Built developer-first interfaces including CLI, VS Code, APIs, and Cloud
- Designed scalable infrastructure capable of enterprise deployment
🎓 What we learned
Building Waspid taught us that powerful language models alone are not enough.
Enterprise AI requires:
- Reliable orchestration
- Shared memory
- Governance
- Security
- Observability
- Collaboration
- Autonomous recovery
We also learned that the future is not one AI assistant.
The future is autonomous AI workforces—specialized AI workers collaborating through a unified operating system.
Loop Engineering became our biggest innovation, allowing AI workers to repair themselves instead of waiting for human intervention.
🔮 What's next for Waspid
Our vision is to become the operating system powering autonomous AI workforces across every industry.
