Inspiration
We enjoy playing games and a simple game that we could make was a shoot em up style game
What it does
You play as a hexagon and have to destroy as many squares as you can before they destroy you.
How we built it
Using the Unity Engine
Challenges we ran into
There were some aspects of programming the game that were difficult such as the spawner system.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of implementing UI and other important gameplay features and finishing with a core gameplay loop
What we learned
We learned how to code using C# and Unity and game programming techniques.
What's next for WashU Hackathon Game
We will continue to build up on it so that it is more polished.
