Inspiration
The Problem: Drivers often struggle to find a suitable car wash—balancing price, proximity, and specialized care—while they are behind the wheel. Currently, Vietnam lacks a dedicated platform to search for and connect users with quality car wash services.
What It Does
The Solution: An app that searches for and recommends curated, high-quality car washes. Users can filter by specific needs such as cleanliness, reasonable pricing, or specialized treatments (e.g., UV-C disinfection, pH-neutral soap) using only voice commands.
How We Built It
- We scraped data from Google Maps and filtered for top-tier shops, evaluating criteria like cleanliness, speed, and price based on the sentiment analysis of user reviews. We developed a web-based interface and a Voice Agent that communicates with the user to find the best possible match hands-free.
Challenges
Data Acquisition: Scrapping a diverse and comprehensive dataset within limited resources without using the official Google Maps API was our biggest hurdle. Evaluation System: We had to build a custom set of metrics and detailed scales to analyze qualitative reviews and calculate an accurate average rating for each shop. Integration: Connecting Voice APIs with OpenAI to ensure the agent could communicate and understand user intent entirely through speech.

What's Next
Mobile Deployment: Transitioning the web app to a native mobile application. Official Integration: Implementing the Google Maps API for real-time location data. Booking & Payment: Adding an in-app booking system and integrated payment gateways for a seamless "search-to-service" experience.
