Inspiration
Our inspiration came from noticing a gap in the Venom ecosystem. The gap being the need for a meme token that encapsulated everything we knew about the chain at the time. After noticing the public push from Andrew Tate on social media, we knew that not only could we capitalize on his presence, but also create a token that embodied both his presence through his dog, G, as well as the first dog meme token on the chain.
What it does
Our token is powered by community. The token is a meme token which generally relies on a very outgoing and uplifting community presence, which we have been blessed with.
How we built it
We used the token builder on W3W to deploy our token and add liquidity. The team consists of a handful of Solana devs as well as Solana OG's who shared the same desire to make something like this happen on a new chain.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge thus far has been liquidity. With the Venom eco being in its infancy stage, it has been tough to acquire new liquidity, although we have onboarded much of the masses we know in other ecosystems.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The biggest accomplishments so far have been the youtube influencers who have made videos about our project as well as the Buy Bot we built for telegram.
What we learned
We learned that although the process has been draining, people also see our vision and validate the things we have done to make it a reality. The louder we remain, the more people understand.
What's next for War Dawg
War Dawg will continue to grow through community engagement and the power of memes. We truly believe War Dawg has the potential to become the biggest meme coin on Venom.
