War Card Game

Inspiration

The War card game was a game that I always used to like to play

What it does

This program simulates the card game War. The user types go to place a card which is shown as a randomly generated number between 2 and 14 (11 is jack, 12 is queen, 13 is king, and 14 is ace)

using C++ and ran it in the command line
