What it does

Wallpy is a curated collection of stunning developer portfolios. It serves as a platform for developers to showcase their talents and for aspiring developers to find inspiration and guidance. Users can browse through a variety of portfolios, filtering them by skillset, technology stack, or design style.

How we built it

Wallpy is built with a focus on performance and user experience. Next.js ensures a fast and dynamic browsing experience, while Clerk provides a secure and efficient user authentication system. TypeScript guarantees code integrity and maintainability, and Tailwind CSS allows for a rapid and responsive design that adapts seamlessly to any device.

Challenges we ran into

Developing a robust filtering system that caters to a diverse range of skills and technologies was a key challenge. We strived to create a system that allows users to discover portfolios that are truly relevant to their interests. By leveraging a combination of user-defined tags and a sophisticated search algorithm, we were able to achieve an effective filtering system that empowers users to find the inspiration they seek.
