Inspiration
In a world where people often struggle silently, we wanted to build something small yet meaningful — a space where anyone could express support, appreciation, or honesty without fear or labels. Wall Support was born from the idea that sometimes, all it takes is a few kind — or brutally honest — words to lift someone's spirit, even from a stranger.
And maybe someone out there is going through something similar. Maybe they’ll read a note and feel less alone in their struggle — maybe even feel connected, like “yeah… I feel that too.” And that’s the heart of this wall: so we can hit up together, even when we’re anonymous.
What it does
Wall Support is a simple, anonymous sticky-note wall that lets people connect without judgment. Here’s what users can do:
- Send anonymous messages — Share thoughts, encouragement, or honest feelings without revealing your identity.
- Delete a message — Anyone can delete a note, but instead of disappearing forever, it's moved to the Trash where others can't read it.
- Love a note — Show appreciation or connection by giving a heart to any message.
How we Built It
Wall Support was built using Supabase for the backend and real-time database. The frontend is simple and focused, allowing anyone to send anonymous notes, and give love to notes.
