Basically when a person or robocall dials someone they would need to provide a 3 digit password as verification to complete the call. (Which can be selected by the user. Any 3 digit password selected has two options, the first is to have Wall Call say the password to the user for them to enter it in to complete the call - Like a Public Option. The other option is Private, when anyone calls - The Wall Call would ask for the 3 digit password to complete the call.) If the cannot provide the verification, the call would be automatically be disconnected. (This would all happen before the phone rings and disturbs someone). Another option that could be added, is for Wall Call phones to have a manual entry blocked phone # list. For example you enter the number you desire to block on the phone's memory. Similar to Call ID, but in this case, if that saved number calls, it would be automatically disconnected without ringing.

Example 1: Bob is trying to contact Dave. Bob dials Dave's phone number. Daves Wall Call: You've reached 555-555-5555, in order to complete your call, please dial 123 then the pound sign.
Bob enters in the correct #'s (Daves Wall Call: Thank you,) and completes his call to Dave.

Example 2: RoboCall is trying to dial Dave. Robocall dials dave's phone number, but is unable to complete the call due to failing to enter the 3-digit password.

Welcome to the Wall Call. Robocalls and undesired callers will have to... "Climb the Wall to make a Call."
